funfetti cupcakes with nutella marshmallow icing. the first time funfetti cupcakes were upstaged because nutella marshmallow icing was too fantastic. this icing tastes delicious and looks pretty, but they do spread quickly in a matter of hours in room temperature so be sure to eat them quickly, although i highly doubt that will be a problem.
nutella marshmallow icing
1 part nutella
3 part marshmallow cream (jet puff)
mix the two together until well blended. you can experiment with the ratio of the two. when you mix the two together, it will not appear to be shiny immediately. just put a small dollop of icing on to each cupcake and wait for a few minute. the icing will spread and will become shiny. serve immediately.
